Based in Orange (NSW), PJL Equipment started in 2006 and is a mining solutions company that specialises in servicing the mining and earth moving industries throughout the eastern states of Australia. We specialise in the maintenance and repair of all machinery involved in mining and earth moving operations, including full machine rebuilds from the ground up.

Focused on the mining and earthmoving industries, the management team has built PJL Equipment in to highly regarded business it is today.   • Heavy vehicle workshop / rebuild facilities (operating 24 hours) carrying out full ground up rebuilds to underground mining machinery
  • Labour Hire, available for site 24 hours a day
  • Exchange components to suit underground mobile equipment including a large range of engines transmissions differentials and torque converters to suit various brands of underground mining equipment. All components come ready to install with excellent warranty terms and conditions
  • Hydraulic pump and Rock Drill servicing and testing facilities
  • 2D and 3D design and drafting services
  • Engineering consultancy services
  • Metallurgical services including Ultrasonic and mag particle NDT, thickness testing and also a provision of weld procedures available on request
  • Bucket and wear package design, installation, maintenance and management
  • Fully equipped machining and fabrication capabilities
  • Mobile Line Boring facilities
  • Over 70 experience trades personnel, including Plant Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boiler Makers and Spray Painters
  • Air Filter cleaning facilities and sales
  • Large spare parts catalogue consisting on Atlas, Tamrock and CAT components
  • Range of Hire machines including R2900G LHD, R1700G LHD, AD55 Dump & AE45 Ejector trucks available for long term contracts. All machines are repaired and fully tested before being sent out to our clients to minimise downtime
Specialising in installation and construction of all structures in numerous locations and sites across Australia.
Dedicated heavy fabrication division consisting of 2D & 3D drawing capabilities, allowing us to specifically design and modify components and structures for our clients.
Equipment and component rebuild facilities consisting of 10 tonne overhead crane, rock drill, hydraulic pump test room and a fully equipped component clean room.
Equipment is available for hire to the mining and earthmoving industries; both underground and surface, including Load Haul and Drills. We also have specialised equipment available for sale.
